With over 25 years of experience as a medical doctor, he shifted his focus to mental health care in 2002. Dr. Valdez plays an active role in supporting our clients throughout their entire treatment process, from intake to graduation. As part of an integrated care team, he is dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment that addresses both mental health and physical well-being. He is passionate about helping individuals achieve their personal goals by supporting their mental health recovery, promoting emotional well-being, and enhancing overall wellness.
